How to Treat a Sprained Ankle – RICE

Compression: Use compression from bandages, tape, or any homemade cloth. Be sure to make it tight enough so it’s working and comfortable, but not enough so that it’s cutting off circulation.

Elevate: Keep the ankle elevated above your heart by putting a cushion under your leg.

I Checked out the P90x Workout

I had a gym membership before but I let it expire because I could never make it there. I always had some excuse about why I shouldnt go like I was tired or the weather was bad. So, I figured if I ordered an at home fitness program like p90x then I wouldn’t have anymore excuses for working out. I went on the internet to read user comments from people who have used p90x in the past and that was what sold me on this particular fitness system. See, there are a ton of other fitness program that I could use at home but this one seems to have the most positive reviews out of all of the others. Plus, if I used p90x then I could start to see results in just a few months. The user comments from other people who had tried it would post pictures of their before and after shots and the difference was stunning.

Get Lots of Fun with a Mini Trampoline

I have been trying to get into shape for the summer. Of course I want to be able to wear my bikini on the beach so I really needed to workout. I must admit I do not like going to the gym so I have looked for alternatives and luckily I have found one that really does the trick.

All this time I have been spending my time on a mini trampoline and it has been my source of physical training. I can tell you that it has been really effective, in fact it is more effective that what I expected so I am really happy with how things are turning out for me.
